Lunch, eleven to three, Monday through Saturday
$9.99
Six combinations. One price. Rice and beans on all of them.
La Costa Mexicana is on the north side of the Liberty Square, two minutes downhill from William Jewell, and this is the board most of downtown orders from between eleven and three.
Nothing on this page is a promotion or a limited time offer. It is the printed lunch menu, and it has been nine ninety nine for a while.
The numbered six

Why the board is worth knowing about
La Costa has been family owned on the Square since 2015, in a brick building older than most of the town around it. The full dinner menu runs to about a hundred and ten dishes and the fajitas at the top of it reach twenty six ninety nine, so the lunch board is not the whole restaurant. It is the part you can eat on a Tuesday without thinking about it.
Dine in and carry out, both. There is room for a large party without calling ahead, and the kitchen serves lunch six days a week.
